| Singapore, (June 8th, 2007) ¨C Wunderman Asia has reinforced its team across the region with several senior appointments in Singapore, India and South Korea.
Effective immediately, Michel Mommejat takes on the newly created Regional Network Development Director role at Wunderman Asia.
Based in Singapore and reporting to Stephane Faggianelli - EVP Wunderman Asia, Michel is responsible for coordinating Wunderman offices across the region, develop business with existing global clients and initiate regional new business. He will also be actively involved in M&A developments as part of Wunderman¡¯ expansion plans across the region.
¡°Michel¡¯s appointment is the illustration of our strategic commitment to grow Wunderman network across the region. Michel will bring a strong experience of network management to reinforce and increase our regional capabilities. He will also be in charge of engaging our global clients in Asia and drive regional new business¡±, said Faggianelli.
Michel Mommejat¡¯s spent 11 years within Tequila network. Previously Client Service Director at Tequila Japan, Michel was a key player setting up the Tokyo office. His previous experiences also include network coordination and client management positions in London and Paris. Michel has a wide experience in the FMCG, automotive, IT and tobacco industries on a local and multi market levels. His marketing expertise includes CRM, digital, mobile marketing and sales promotion.
In India, Pete Pierce has been appointed SVP Business Director and will initially focus in leading the Microsoft account.
Pete started his career in France in different agencies including Draftworldwide. He joined Wunderman Paris in 2001 working on IBM lead generation programs across EMEA region. As General Manager, he left the IBM account to take the lead role on Microsoft and he grew the Microsoft account in France as well as in EMEA.
Pete moved to Wunderman Seattle in 2005 as SVP, Global Group Account Director for Microsoft¡¯ global demand generation activities for the server division.
¡°Based in New Delhi, Pete will lead and manage the Microsoft account and brings a strong CRM expertise and Wunderman network experience to our team in India. I am delighted to have such a profile in the region¡± said Faggianelli.
In South Korea, Evelyn Cheehae Kim joins as Vice-President and General Manager of Wunderman.
Evelyn comes from Wunderman Irvine, where she spent the last 4 years as VP, Account Director. Under her leadership, she built and significantly grew CRM activities and performance of clients such Jaguar Cars and KinderCare Learning Centers.
¡°A true CRM expert and entrepreneur at heart, Evelyn will take our operation in South Korea to a new level as part of our expansion strategy in this key market¡±, said Faggianelli.
Prior joining Wunderman, Evelyn consulted for entertainment brands and was a founding partner of E Squared Inc., an integrated agency in LA. Her client portfolio included BMW North America, International Channel Networks and Pacific Theatres Corporation.
